This time I didnt cut the middle with 2 snips but I pricked the top instead and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
Can't wait to make again next time for my mum but these are for my sister in law it's her birthday tomorrow ;)

Wife biscuits
I tried making wife biscuits again and this time it turned out like what I think wife biscuits are suppose to be....the size was perfect, the pastry was crumbly and soft like biscuit and the inside was just right. One of the best batches I've tried!!!
