This time i put black seseme seed on top which I find it looks nicer. Inside is FULL of red bean which is what I like most when I bite into any red bean product! The red bean has to basically be covered by a thin layer of pastry that crumbles when I bite!
Ok ok I am getting sick of doing this but enjoy looking at the final product and people's faces when they eat it...I will take a break for now from baking (hopefully).
