Due to my sisters request and my mum wanting to finished her ripe bananas they have requested I make another banana cake that they so thoroughly enjoyed! This recipe is definately for keepers!
So here it is but this time I placed sliced bananas on top for decoration:

Hey! you're baking lots and to see that you make good first attempts at the chiffon cake is nice. Pandan one looks good (loades better than my sponge hehe), cream cheese one looks a little heavy guess the taste makes up for it. And the banana looks yummy. The mixer is definitely an asset where cake is concerned, essntial item for "rise".. glad you found one!
