Ripe bananas

Spent the day at mum's today watching chinese dvds and when I saw ripe bananas with the skin so brown I have to do something about it. Yes I decided to make banana muffins because they were quick and easy. I mixed in tiny bits of M&Ms into the mixture so the outcome came out abit colourful but you could smell the wonder aroma of the bananas which is my favourite part!
