Chicken Rice made easy

Today I tried making chicken rice using Prima Chicken Rice premix. It was easier than I thought as I don't really cook chicken from scratch but the premix made it easy with the sauces and the stock ready to use. It was delicious, the rice was fragrant and so was the chicken with the chilli and dark soya sauce to accompany. I was impressed! With cucumber slices and cheesecake oreos to follow I was satisfied.
