This time I made twice the amount so I could give away to friends to try.
The pastry is lighter than the first time I made it and it's probably flakier which is what I like. After making Tau sar peah I will probably not go back making the flaky green tea red bean ones that I first did awhile ago.
Hubby says it taste good but then again he has to right? hehe
Btw, I just realised I've been baking everyday this week!!! It's definately a hobby, I enjoy it especially when it turns out nice. I need a BIG kitchen with lots of OVENS and SPACE! OK...keep dreaming...
